F9 Adjustable Bench

An adjustable flat-to-incline bench that brings club-quality strength training into the home. This bench was specifically designed to complement and complete the F9 Fold-Away Functional Trainer but also works very well for lighter-weight exercises with dumbbells and/or bodyweight training.
