Build out your power rack with the Lat Pulldown and Low Row. This pulley system is compatible with the PR-5000. and brings the functionality of cable movements to your set-up. Great for building your back. this attachment can also be used for curls. belt squats. tricep work. and so much more. The system features an optional 200lbs weight stack with 1:1 ratio. meaning 10lbs feels like 10lbs. The weight stack also features band pegs to add additional resistance and the weight stack can be upgraded to 300lbs . Quickly move between 10lbs weight increments with the magnetic pin.

The attachment comes with a matte black powder-coated lat pulldown bar and low row bar and is also compatible with a wide variety of our cable attachments. The tread foot plate is adjustable through an integrated pop-pin system for bracing against during low rows. The cables are high quality. made from galvanized wire with a raw steel core. and the pulleys are aluminum. Bring the functionality of traditional commercial equipment into your home gym! Note: This attachment requires the Rear Base Stabilizer . which serves as the anchor point to the rack.

LAT AND LOW ROW: This tower features both a 1:1 ratio for the lat pulldown and low row. as well as a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer component. A 2:1 ratio is great for functional training. when you want a faster-traveling cable. Think: more explosive exercises. quicker movements. The 1:1 ratio is better for slower. strength-focused exercises. like heavy lat pulldowns. The Adonis™ offers both options for ultimate versatility
PATENT-PENDING DESIGN: Light. smooth trolleys with a knurled handle and oversized pop-pin are easy to move with one hand. but strong enough to handle heavy weight. They're lined with a special plastic to protect the upright.
QUALITY PULLEYS AND CABLES: The Adonis™ features aluminum pulleys with custom retainers to keep the cables on track. The front pulley has a 180-degree swivel for versatility.
INTEGRATED BAND PEGS: The integrated band pegs on the base provide the option to create added resistance with bands.
TELESCOPING FOOTPLATE: The Adonis™ comes with a footplate that allows for seven starting positions to brace against during low rows.

The Adonis™ is also compatible with a wide assortment of other attachments. such as the Pegasus™ Attachment or cable attachments.
BUILT-IN STORAGE: The built-in storage keeps your small attachments and accessories organized and accessible. Customize your setup by easily repositioning the pegs to meet your preferences and needs.
