The Force USA MyRack Lat Pull Down/Row attachment adds solid and intense lat pull down. triceps pushdown. low row. and overhead cable workouts to your MyRack base unit.
Attachment takes up very little space at the back of the unit and allows for a multitude of exercises. We've also included standard and Olympic plate adapters so you can utilize 25mm and 50mm plates.
