The Athena® Dual Selectorized Side-Mount Functional Trainer is a space-saving cable attachment built for the PR-4000 and PR-5000 racks. With dual 170lb weight stacks per side (upgradeable to 220lbs each. feels like 110lbs). you get smooth. versatile cable training without the need for a stand-alone unit. The 2:1 pulley ratio makes resistance feel lighter and faster. perfect for accessory and isolation work. while integrated band pegs let you add even more resistance.

Designed for convenience. the Athena® features an easy-to-adjust trolley that moves to any height. knurled handle and oversized pop-pin for one-handed changes. and durable aluminum pulleys with 180° swivel for full range of motion inside or outside the rack. Each stack uses precision-machined steel plates with a magnetic pin for quick. secure adjustments. Choose a left. right. or dual-sided setup to expand your rack's functionality while saving space compared to larger attachments like the Ares™.

• PATENT-PENDING DESIGN: The light and smooth trolleys with a knurled handle and oversized pop-pin are easy to move with one hand. but strong enough to handle heavy weight. They're lined with a special plastic to protect your uprights.
• QUALITY PULLEYS AND CABLES: This attachment features high-quality cables made from galvanized wire with a raw steel core and strong aluminum pulleys. The front pulleys have a 180-degree swivel for versatility working outside the rack.
