The AB-5200 2.0 is a heavy-duty adjustable bench that lets you dial in your setup exactly how you want it. Choose a fixed post for flat and incline training with 10 back pad angles and four seat angles. or an adjustable post to unlock full flat-incline-decline functionality with three additional decline positions. You can also customize the look by mixing frame and guide rail colours. and choose between standard or wide pads made from extra-grippy CleanGrip™ material. The bench meets IPF height standards for strong leg drive and consistent positioning.

Built from 11-gauge steel. the AB-5200 2.0 is rated for 1.000 lbs and weighs 115 lbs. delivering commercial-grade stability without being hard to move. A knurled stainless-steel handle and vertical storage stand make it easy to reposition and store. taking up just 3.1 sq ft. Thoughtful details like closed ladders. rubber feet. and premium finishes round out a bench designed for serious lifters who want long-term durability and flexibility in their home gym.
